Where to watch tonight's game

Wanted to let you guys know about a couple of out-of-the-ordinary events going on in honor of tonight's matchup between the Panthers and the Cowboys:
  • WCNC will host a pregame special at Wild Wing Cafe at the EpiCentre tonight. WCNC's Greg Bailey and former Panther Mike Minter will be taping live before kickoff. The party starts at 7 and includes a wing-eating contest.
  • EpiCentre Theaters will be showing the game on one of the movie screens. Free admission; first come, first served. Prizes and giveaways. Specials include $2 Bud Lights and half-price wine; half-price chicken sliders. Cocktail waitresses will serve game-watchers in the theater.
Where will YOU watch?

  11. I'll be watching from home. The cheaper beverage and quick bathroom access angles are nice, but mainly I want to see the game and pay attention to it.

I love going out to bars and watching football games...when my team isn't involved. When my team IS involved, I don't want the distractions of a bar.

  12. From my house. 70" big screen, ice cold Pepsi and Pizza. Can't be it. Why? It's already bought and paid for. By the way, if you are watching at home, turn down the biased that is HYPE, oh I mean ESPN, and listen to the radio broadcast.

Might be a good night for Panther fans to just stay home and watch House or Leno.

  20. Wow, everyone's proud of their tv size, hot tubs and mancaves. We're all real impressed, really.

Maybe it wouldn't hurt to pull yourself away for a minute and have some actual social interaction. You could just start by exchanging phone numbers on here so you can swap wing recipes, argue Pepsi vs. beer, and don't forget to congratulate each other on the size of your tv.
